Featured local chefs include Sky Haneul Kim (Gift Horse), Maria Meza (Dolores), Beau Vestal (New Rivers), Nikhil Naiker (NIMKI), Nick Gillespie (Dune Brothers Seafood), Melissa Denmark (Moonrose Farm) and Cassie Piuma (Sarma).
